I have a huge pool of water on the passenger side floor. The carpet was soaking wet and I got over a quart of water using my shop vac.
So, the A/C drain is most likely clogged. Any suggestions on how to clean out the drain line?
(Sorry, I did a search, but nothing specific came up. Maybe I used the wrong keywords. Sorry)
TIA

Thanks and I think you are spot on. I remember that the water in the shop vac was quite brown (and I had just cleaned it and put in a new filter), probably from the tree debris.
The Focus sits outside with a lot of trees around (mostly Oak), so some of that debris probably got in and on the cabin filter. Also, the drains under the cowl might be clogged up.
I need to figure out how to remove the cowl. The front is fairly easy, getting the rear (near the windshield) disconnected is causing some problems. I'll either figure it out or break something.
Thanks for the tip and I previously saw the video. I just wish it was an SVT and on this side of the Atlantic Ocean.
TY.
